Scope

The policy covers pages on porchlantern.top and mail you send to that address. Sites run by other people are outside it.

Mail we receive

A letter can include your name, your email address, a phone number if you add one, and the words you wrote. Leave out identity-document numbers and payment-card numbers.

What the pages skip

The site has no account, no form stored on the server, no advertising cookie, and no analytics cookie. Pages do not load an advertising SDK or an analytics SDK.

Fonts

Pages ask Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) for EB Garamond and Nunito Sans. That request can include your IP address. AYESioaCr INC does not use the font request to build an advertising profile.

Host logs

The company that hosts the site may keep ordinary access logs: IP address, browser type, date, and the page asked for. Those logs are not turned into advertising profiles.

Why mail is kept

Mail is read to answer the question, to check a company record, and to hold the thread that answer needs.

How long

The mailbox keeps a letter while the question still needs it. From the same address, you can ask for the copy still on hand to be deleted. A backup copy, or a copy a law tells us to keep, is removed when that reason ends.

Who else sees it

Personal information is not sold. The host and the email provider handle the technical data those services need. A disclosure required by law is limited to what that law asks for.

Children

The site is not aimed at children under 13. Do not have a child send personal information here.

The office is in Gautier, Mississippi, United States. Mail may be opened and stored in the United States.

Your requests

You can ask to see, correct, or delete letter content still held. AYESioaCr INC may check that the request comes from the address that sent the letter.

Changes

A revised policy replaces the effective date at the top of this page.
